Anyone seen this Park Slope studio?

There was a recent thread about studios in Park Slope and a couple of people had said they'd seen everything on the market. Anyone seen this 378 sq. ft. studio? Thoughts?

Rosemary, that you?

nope--my name's not Rosemary (or Rodolfo). I think the prices on this space, only 378 sq ft, is kind of steep and was wondering if any of those studio hunters had seen it and could comment.

it's a perfect location and not bad price...

this area of park slope has gotten quite expensive.

I see this apartment every week, when I meet my transvestite hooker there to stock up on smack.

this seems a little pricey to me, based on the size and location. have you looked on the NY Times, website, real estate section? you should be able to find some studios for less, with a similiar amount of space. I think the apt may be a bit small with that wall dividing it in the middle - even though it creates two rooms. how long have you been looking for an apt?

I went to see it about 2 months ago. It's TINY and in my opinion still overpriced (I think it was originally $399).
