From the photos it doesn't look inviting at all. They need to move that huge pile of clothes on the bookcase and properly stage the apartment. Finally the photographer should be an experienced professional with a proper lens.

Once again we see that super-wide lens that distorts everything entirely.

For the realtors:

A little wide = good

Too wide = horrible
