76 St. Marks Avenue

76 St. Marks Avenue

Does anyone know what the plans are for 76 St. Marks Avenue (& Flatbush)? The building was bought by an LLC for over $4 million in 2005. I don't think it's landmarked, and I had a nightmare last night that it was being torn-down (must be the herbal sleeping pills I took). They can't do that, right? Even though it's not landmarked? Does this fall into the Park Slope historic district?

It's not part of the Park Slope Historic District, as shown in the LPC map.

Why would you want to keep this dark dank old run down and too small building. If you like to live in the small the damp and the darkness maybe you should move to England.
