282 Clinton Street "house for sale" in Cobble Hill: what's the 411?
Anyone know the story on 282 Clinton Street (sw corner of Warren in Cobble Hill), which has a big "House for Sale" sign out front? Looks vacant. Can't find any listings on the web. Didn't get a chance to take down the phone # as I drove by...ACRIS shows it with the same owner since 1973.

A local broker in the area told us that it went into contract a few months ago. Looks like it needs one hell of a renovation. Not sure why the sign is still there.

I SAW THE HOUSE NEEDS ALOT OF WORK BUT ALOT OF UPSIDE A HOUSE AROUND THE CORNER IS GOING FOR 8 MIL I THINK THIS WILL GO FIXED OVER FOR AT LEAST 4.5 MIL
