266 22nd street action by DOB?
Great news! The DOB has ordered the removal of the top of the illegally constructed building at 359 15th Street (next to the armory), and they are also playing hardball with the developer goons at 300 20th st. who have damaged adjacent property.
Anyone have the scoop on any DOB plans to force the removal of the top floors at 266 22nd street, the nine story building? Here's hoping that the City has finally recognized that this building was built illegally and that they will give the DOB the green light to lop off all the floors that violate the zoning codes.
