Windsor Terrace Listing
Hello all,
I'm looking to buy in the area and came across the following listing:
http://www.warrenlewis.com/cgi-bin/re/re_show.pl?re_command=show&ID=6163
When compared to other houses in the area, the $650K price seems like a bargain.
Has anyone seen this house? Does anyone have any info?
Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback.
From last week's listing, the address is 143 Seeley St. It's about 3/4 blocks from the park.

i noticed on property shark that the place sold in 2006 for 600K. seems like a fast turnover...

I got nothing. Avanegas74? Did you hear anything?
Posted by: guest at October 5, 2007 12:08 PM
I have not received any info...

the broker returned my call...says that an senior citizen who owned it passed and his nephews are selling. could or would not comment on what property shark shows about it being sold in 2006 for 600K.
first she said there may be offers, then she asks how much i can put down, two minutes later she says there are cash offers out there and doesn't want to waste my time, which is nice, but...the way re agents go about things make you not want to hunt.

I just hope for your sake that the furniture is not included.

I'd heard foundation problems. It leans considerably.

Where did you hear about foundation problems? The owner, broker, neighbor or engineer?
Is this the poster who was talking about the place having an 'issue'?

a lot of the houses in that area lean. a broker told me that the houses shifted after the highway was put in.
