Walls need to be torn down and built: Contractor recommendations?
I have a co-op in Clinton Hill. I need to have a small section of wall removed and another section built. Does anyone have a recommendation of a licensed contractor you've used before that has done a good job with this kind of work? Additionally, the paint in the place is really revolting, and I'd like someone to do a nice job putting primer on everything (including doors and trim). Maybe one contractor could do all this?

I had a good experience with Lou from 'aptoreno@yahoo.com'. He did a lot of different things for me such as floors, painting, tiling, fixtures, etc. Sorry misplaced his number.

I used Atlas Builders & Construction Company this summer. They did a great job with my walls and great prime and paint job. 718 612-5322. The company was licenced and insured (i ilive in a condo building so all paperwork had to be proper).
