seeking plumber/handyman type
I have a few pretty minor issues in my apartment and am looking to hire a plumber or a handyman that knows about plumbing. small stuff - like replacing some toilet parts and radiator parts. doesn't even have to be licensed since this is not major work.
if anyone has a recommendation, please pass it along! thanks.

If your still looking try andy. 917 836 9454 he's very good but often busy and sometimes hard to get a hold of. he's done a few projects on a rental building of mine for a fair price
