Recommendation for architect?
Would like to convert a 2-family in Bay Ridge into a 3-family. Would like recommendations for an architect. Thanks!

Bay Ridge has the worst parking anywhere. I find parking way faster even in Park Slope than Bay Ridge. Bay Ridge is like a small Long Island town by being located so far out, so absolutely everyone there has cars. The community leaders really should examine ways to reduce congestion and offer more parking.
