Public Record Information on Sales
How long after closing does it take for sales information to become public record and be readily available?

It's available online on ACRIS within a day AFTER IT'S RECORDED. But recording with the city depends on the schedules of the closing attorneys, title companies, etc. and can vary from immediately after closing to months later.
