PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR SMALL CONDO BUILDING
Can anyone recommend a property management company for a new condo? We're a small building (6 apartments) and all of us are new to this condo board thing. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, local company who can handle bills, common charges, housekeeping, etc?

My husband and I use Wright Management for our 8-family building. I believe they offer complete management, but give them a call: 347-789-6550 or 917-544-6791.

I have finally convinced my husband to convert our 4-story building into condos. The neighborhood has been recently landmarked and we..excuse me...I feel that the time is right. Can anyone recommend someone (attorney, architect, planner, etc.)who can help get us get the process started. We don't have a clue how to begin.
