professional weatherproofing?
I tried weatherproofing my windows last year, but to no avail. the only thing that seemed to work was the plastic film which the cats got to pretty quickly. Is there anyone who I can pay to come in and caulk, weatherstrip, etc correctly?

Try A.S.K. Construction. They are energy auditors and contractors. Although they haven't done the work on our brownstone yet - they seem great so far.
