Oh stop overreacting. I don't think it's a big deal at all. Actually, there should be a section on the site (a new tab) where people can post FSBOs as long as they have pictures and lots of information. Brownstoner could use it as another source of income, even.

It already exists. It's called Craigslist. And it's free so FSBO's don't have to pay for it.
