I've been reading Brownstoner for awhile, and have read lots of bad neighbor posts...

Loud music playing
Mass stoop sitting on your stoop
drug dealing next door
Animal abuse
etcetcetc
even adolescent chalk graffiti artists (ok...I didn't read that here)

rotten neighbor offers a place to vent, as a last resort. We all need to vent. If you don't, then you might explode.
