HPD/NYFD/Sprinklers/Plumber (continued...)

Has anyone out there successfully tested their sprinklers recently, using the new NY Fire Dept regulations/forms? I guess I'm looking for the name of a licensed plumber who has some experience with this...
My plumber says that he can only set this up when there is a violation; HPD today says that in order for them to remove the violation (for not posting a sprinkler-test in a public hallway in the year 2000, when the building was owned by someone else), I need to show proof that I have done the Fire-Dept sprinkler test...

Thanks....

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but most licensed plumbers can do the testing and deal with problems/violations. We've used John Hlad who has been great and literally 1/4 the price of Vigilante. He removed our violations, had been doing our required sprinkler tests, and does the paperwork.
