halogen click
We had new lighting installed in our home nad we hear a 'click' coming from the lights every few minutes. the lights are halogen, and the click seems to happen when their off...
anybody have any idea what this could be. We're trying to contact an electrician but in the mean time we'd love to hear from anybody that has a clue to what this could be?
Our guess is faulty grounding -
