Great Painter Reccomendation.
Found him in the forums here and he really really did an amazing and in-expensive job. His name is Joseph and his number is 917-776-7260.

I take my orignal post back he ended up saying he was "tired" towards the end of the job and did a HORRIBLE job. He left paint on my floors and dust everywhere and then said he thought i would have someone else clean that up. He left me with a huge pile of trash and paint cans and a very bad taste in my mouth, Don't go with this guy!!

Just to clarify even further.. when i say dust.. I mean 3 inches deep of plaster dust everywhere. He also swept piles of it under my radiator covers to hide it.
Go with anyone else.

I am the Joseph refer to in the comment above and this is a surprise that someone whose chicken house I helped to give birth to a cow would be so wicked to me.(I have pictures)
Tod told me he will hire a cleaner to clean up the apartment after I was done given the amount of dust that was expected. This was discussed even before I started the job for him. If he had a problem with this, doesn't it make sense for me to hire someone for $40 from Craigslist to clean up? I ould have paid for it. The problem was he decided to do the cleaning himself and it became overwhelming for him and i don't see how that could have been my fault.
I have read some of the post here and I believe there are a lot of intelligent people here. Please note that I was paid in full and the extra promised was also paid because he realized his was a very difficult job. His house was built in the early 1900 and the last owner put textured paint on the walls - if you have seen popcorn ceiling, you know what I am talking about. All that was removed and sceam coated multiple times and the two door entrances which was originally not part of the job had crack all around it and the doors were falling off. I did an excellent job for Tod and he and his wife told me they were happy; afterall, a good job is obvious. I have pictures of this job online and anyone can send me a blank email and you get an auto reply to the pictures: joseph_kat@yahoo.com
I didn't know this comment existed till someone who saw this comment told me to post a reply to this comment and she became my client and even left me the keys to her house while she vacationed in Europe so go figure.
