Converting a Garden Floor Rental
We are considering converting the garden floor of a property to a rental. The clearance above ground is less than your typical garden rentals, although it does walk out to the garden in the back.
How would I find out if it is a space where we can legally have a rental unit? Would a contractor be able to tell me this? Is there some agency I can talk to, in order to determine this?
