CONTRACTOR FOR STRUCTURAL WORK PLUS
We are looking for contractors who will bid on our brownstone renov. We have sagging floors and obvious structural damage. Need to put in 2 kitchens, 3 baths and deck off parlor along with redoing floors and walls. We are also going to be installing central air and heat.
I have searched for hours for some good recs off this site and have found a few. Please let me know if you have a reliable, honest one that is mid-priced. thanks!

I used AllRenovation, they did a gut renovation of my brownstone which included 2 kitchens, 2 baths, molding restoration, custom closets, fireplace restoration, a deck from my parlor to garden, central air (A/C only as I decided to keep my hot water system) and some roof work. Their pricing was competitive with the other two companies who submitted bids for my project. I found AllRenovation just more thorough, professional and communicative, the other GC's I had to track down constantly or did not return phone calls...not a good sign.
