Concrete Counters & Sinks
I'm having a concrete counter installed in my kitchen and the sink I've purchased won't work, according to my contractor. The (undermount) sink has two different sized bowls and is causing too many curves to get right. Just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this and what type of sink is best. For full disclosure, I am using my GC and not a concrete counter specialist. Thanks!

I think you should use a concrete countertop fabricator for the project and not rely on the gc to get it right. There are a few in ny I know of 2, mirage studios in long island city and brooks kitchens in I think the bronx. The shape of your sink should not have much bearing on the top as long as you can fit at least a 2" apron on the front and back.Ive seen the sink also made out of the concrete it self that might be an option.
