Clinton Hill Fourth Worst?
A few days ago, someone told me he/she read that Clinton Hill was
rated the 4th worst neighborhood. Said it was "from a real estate
thing." Unfortunately I can't remember who said that, nor can I find
the source.
don't know:
- brooklyn or all NYC
- quality of source - magazine? or some broker BS?
... guess it's good for prices around here, and discouraging massive
gentrification.
Any idea where it came from?

Your friend is reading VERY old information. Clinton Hill is great and keeps getting better. You should check out the neighborhood yourself and make your own decisions than rely on hearsay from another.

It was indeed 4th worst.

I love Clinton Hill! I moved after 15 years in the Slope. It has restored my faith in humanity!
