Brownstoning the Facade ?
I got an estimate to redo the facade of our building. The contractor says that the Brown–stoning can be done right now. Is there any reason why we should not do this now and wait until the spring?

I'd be a bit leary... as you can't know what the weather is going to be like. I had mine done over a long span of time, hired someone to show them how to put a more specialized product on (from Edison Coating). They didn't listen, didn't mix the stuff properly and put it up when the weather was colder than they were supposed to (while I was away), and the job sucks... efflorescence in many places and it's cracking up in others. Wait until spring and do it right. My guy would never come back to finish. Padma Construction by the way.
