where is the best place to buy a gas furnace?
for the best price, and service, etc. i went to home depot and they don't carry them...

I'd recommend Keyspan. That's because gas and gas fixtures are their specialty. I had one installed inb my house last October along with a new thermostat. It's been great.

Keyspan only recommends people who install a limited plain-vanilla variety of units. Go on-line and find high-efficiency units (and a direct-fired water heater = works off unit); then pursue installer. Forget discount; think payback.
