I can highly recommend Gabriele Sewtz from Prudential Douglas Elliman http://www.elliman.com/gabs. She specializes in Prospect Heights, Park Slope and surrounding neighborhoods.

It seems wildly inappropriate to recommend myself, but what the hell.
I'm very new at this - but that means I'll work my butt off for you, and I haven't had time to learn how to lie yet :)
My number is 718-924-9700, and my email is nfurrer@idealpropertiesgroup.com.
Thanks!
Nikki

Nikki Furrer:
What's more inappropriate is your slanderous comment about learning how to lie. Most brokers work very hard and devote long hours to servicing their clients.
What is most curious is why you want to enter a field in which you have such negative opinions of others in the field.
Go work your butt off somewhere else. You are a disgrace to the profession.

Get a grip guest 8:32.....as if she was serious. It appeared to be just a joke and even if it wasn't the reality is...alot of brokers are misleading.

What broker is NOT a disgrace to the profession? I think, by definition, a broker is disgraceful. So...way to go Nikki! Acting as we all expect you to!

Once again another mindless thread at brownstoner.

Oh my, okay - it was just a joke.
The reality is, as shown here, that my recently chosen profession doesn't have the best reputation. I was nervous about "soliciting" on this forum, so I joked about it so I wouldn't sound pushy or obnoxious. Clearly, I missed the mark.
I apologize if I came across as slanderous to other brokers. That was never my intention.

Check out http://www.nyc-open-house-listings.com/ You will be able to see a good listing of open houses and the brokers who are showing them. I just saw a listing on there for what seems to be a great 1 bedroom in prospect heights. Good luck!
