Please help me understand these title documents
hi, i was checking the title documents filed for the new building i bought a coop in.
i found these on another web site, but i have no idea how to understand them.
any light shed is appreciated, thanks!
one tenant filed the intial coop UCC1, then a year later files another UCC1, but the 2ns party is listed as: "Forte Mortgage In Lieu Of The True Corporate Name", then a month later files a "Ucc3 Amendment" with the 2nd party listed as "Forte Mortgage In Lieu Of True Corporate Name"
what is this and whats it all about?

I wish I could help... I'd also like to know. I've been trying to decipher ownership records from Property Shark for some time, and the internet is only so helpful if you don't know the legalese.

Oh, and anyone know if a tax lien related to the "Estate of Jenny Moen" is code for anything? It's crazy but I've seen that name come up in over a dozen very different property histories. There's no way they are all connected to that estate.
