Moving back to Brooklyn *BROWNSTONEs*
I am moving back to NYC and I want to move to a brownstone in Brooklyn Heights or near South Portland Avenue "ANY HELP"?

Brownstones in Brooklyn Heights are super-cheap right now, and there are some beautiful houses on the market, so you should be able to find an excellent deal. Good luck with your search and welcome back to NYC (and Bklyn).

check out park slope.
it's a little more affordable than brooklyn heights and you have prospect park as your playground steps away.
ft. greene is very nice also, but you'll have the whole atlantic yards construction site to deal with over the next 10-15 years.
