Lawyers Who Specialize in Brownstones?
Do they exist? I went through the archived posts about lawyers, but none really mention the "brownstone specialization" phenomenon. An attorney friend told me to find such a lawyer should I go into contract on a brownstone because he says there are specific issues related to this type of property (he didn't know of any brownstone lawyers per se, but had heard about the sub-specialty). Any thoughts? Recommendations?

Donald Fraser in Brooklyn Heights... has been handling brownstones (and condos) for many years... he has also bought and sold many of his own as investments
