Kitchen Vent Duct Work
I am looking for someone who will come and do the duct work for my kitchen range hood. I have not found anyone who can do the work or give me an estimate, I also would like to know if you have to vent all the way at the roof level if you have a 4 story brownstone? What are the codes about this? Most importantly does anyone know anyboby who can do this?

My GC did it fairly easily. Went out of the back wall on the parlor floor. Stove is on the dividing wall 10 feet from the back of the house so was a pretty easy gig. Not sure about code, but that's where my neighbors that have vents have them leaving.
