kitchen & bathroom
I live in a manhattan co-op and need to renovate both kitchen and bathroom. I have an idea of what I want, and have a tight-ish budget. Any recommendations for contractors? I need someone who is willing to work with Ikea cabinetry. i want to save money for countertop/finishes. Looking to have this job completed by end of November

Try Albert Chica (646-472-4842) who was recommended by someone else on this site. He is very reasonable, prompt, a hard worker, and does very good work. Please tell hello from Diane.

you should look at cityhammer.com for kitchen and bath companies. I started the site for just this reason. we've got most of the kitchen and bath specialists in NYC listed with pics, ratings and reviews...check it out and good luck!
