Is it possible to change a "C of O" yourself
Has anyone had any experience with changing a Cert. of Occ. on your own? I have an Architect who can do the plans for me, I am hoping to save money by attempting to submit the necessary papers to the DOB without an expeditor, I a sure it will take alot of time and patience,

Sure, It's just paperwork. But it'll take a LOT of time and patience. If you hire an Architect who has done it before, maybe they'll let you see the paperwork from an old job so you'll know how to fill it out for yours.
