Gold Leaf painted door numbers

Does anyone know where to find stencils/gold leaf paint or whatever it is for painting door numbers on transoms? I've got an old sticker on mine, and wanted to get something that looks better. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Real gold leaf- takes some time and sklls to do up on a ladder. I use gold vinyl foil cut letters with a black vinyl outline. You cant tell the difference from ten feet away.

Sign Select on 9th street (b/t 2nd and 3rd) can cut the letters for you to apply yourself. He also can do real gold leaf but it will cost a lot more.

Fake will do just fine. Thanks for the info.

You can usually find them at Lowe's ... we picked up the "gold" house numbers for our 7 co-op buildings there... they have been up now for 5 years, still looking good and visible... adhered to the glass nicely.
