Foundation cracks

The soon to be completed luxury condo bldg. next to my house has been a long and somewhat unpleasant experience. My house has suffered some cracks in the foundation and I am curious about the longterm effects and further structural damage which may occur.

You have to hire your own engineer to inspect your property, to tell you what has happened and what migh happen to your house. Do it quickly, before construction next door is done and gone and there's no way to prove it was something the construction crew did that caused your cracks. Cracks in the foundation are potentially very serious.

The short-term and long-term effects are the same: AN ORDER FOR YOU TO VACATE YOUR UNSAFE STRUCTURE FROM DOB. Get off this blog and get a structural engineer, a lawyer and a camera to record everything!
