Bluestone
This may have been asked before, but are there any resources for getting bluestone to cover a backyard? I need 1500 sq. ft.

I got mine from Best Patio in Staten Island: http://www.bestpatio.com/home.htm
They get a truckload in the spring and don't reorder until they run out but 1500 sq ft is a lot so they may be able to special order it for you.
They were selling it for $7/ft and delivery to Brooklyn was $150 I believe.
You can also try Kings Materials.
