wondering if anyone can give me a rough idea of what it would cost to relocate my toilet 5" to the right of its current location and relocate the lavatory basin 4" the the right of its current location?

Did you mean $1,200 or $12,000 and if it's $12,000, why so much?

It's a fairly simple surgery - especially the sink - but if a floor joist is in the way of the toilet rough-in, things could get complicated. You'd have to sever the joist and hang it on a cross brace which is pretty invasive. Something to think about.
