Anyone use Park Set or Trax Etc Plumbing and Heating?

We are about to use either Park Set P&H or Trax Etc. Inc (two plumbers recommended by Keyspan) for a oil to gas boiler conversion for 4 story brownstone and it is down to either of these two places for roughly $7K. Has anyone used either of these two companies?

Comments

FYI, plumbing companies are recommended by Keyspan on a rotating basis based on a fee paid per area code and verification of current and active license and insurance policy at the time of enrollment.

It is not a testament to the contractors' mechanical ability or business practices.

What is implied by the oft-used statement "recommended by Keyspan" seems to be something else.

What's important is that the contractor installs the boiler as it is shown in the Installation Manual with steel pipe and never copper. Especially if it is a steam heating system. When steam boilers got smaller, piping configuration became a very important part of the installation.
