3-family in park slope for $1.75MM ?
So, ads on craigslist tout 3-family homes for around $1.75 million, such as http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/rfs/415714560.html
I have something similar, a 19' by 45' building on a 100' lot, completely renovated, 4 stories. What are the selling prices per square foot for such homes?
