Whitewashing Floors
We have just bought a new construction apt. It has those nice dark stained floors.
How hard would it be to whitewash them. Could you just sand them and whitewash. Or would they have to be pulled up to get into the cracks.

Just lay white Pergo right over- use the dark floor as a subfloor.

Or you could pull them up.

Call 1800Woodfloors.com
They will bleach them for you and put a "whitewashed" stain on them. Don't do pergo if your floors are in good condition already.
If you have money to burn, get them cerrused (sp?) or lymed by a high end place.
