Where to find forced air duct covers/grates?
Lowes had large squares & rectangles. Need 12" x 12" and 10" x 10" sqaures.

see what McMaster-Carr has. they have a website and a yellow pages sized catalogue.

Did you do a search on Lowes.com? I found square sizes (6x6) registers on their web site that they didn't have in the store. You can order them via the site, then pick them up at the store. It's not seamless - I went to the store, they didn't have them in stock, which was not at all clear when I ordered on the site. But they called a few days later to say they had come in.
