Taking a Contractor to Court
After lenghtly on-going problems with a construction company I fired them and plan on taking them to court for their uncompleted work. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

A) You probably have to go to arbitration, which is a mixed blessing.
B) It's only worth it if there's a LOT of money at stake (or if you want to try to push him into a settlement). There's no quick way to try a construction dispute and lawyers are expensive.
