Spawling Brownstone Facade

Does anyone know what the solution is for spawling on a brownstone (long vertical cracks running parallel to the face of the stone)?

I've seen the Brownstone Authority mentioned several times... does anyone know of any other good facade contractors who are experienced in fixing this sort of thing (and any sort of ballpark what this sort of work costs)???

My house has some of these and I'm concerned it will get worse this winter.

I don't think chunks of facade are going to fall off just yet, but I'd like to nip this in the bud before they do.

All I know about spalling is that you spelled it wrong, so you might be finding more information if you searched on the spelling above.
