Appreciate recommendations for good design-build firms.
Going to renovate a brownstone and already convinced that design-build way to go for several reasons. Thank you.

Alex Fradkoff is not an architect, though he sells his services as one. He was successfully sued for fraud and forgery for doing this. But it apparently hasn't slowed him down. This practice is a menace to the public.
