Parlor Floor Wanted
I am interested in buying a parlor floor in a brownstone/ condo conversion. The ones that I have seen have been renovated poorly and cheaply. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a brownstone condo before it has been renovated?

You can have my parlor floor if you want. Mind you, it sometimes ups and leaves and comes back home.
