Need Commercial Broker Recommendation
My husband and I are in the process of buying our first home. It has a commercial space on the ground floor. Can anyone recommend a commercial broker to help us find a tenant? We are in Williamsburg.

Nick Contratis got me a real nice loan 3years ago from Maspeth Federal Savings. 10 years fixed ( balloon payment) and a great rate and a REALLY quick closing.. I don't have his # but call maspeth and they will put you in touch with him. good luck
