Marble Counters
Can anyone suggest places to look for marble kitchen countertops? If you buy from a salvage place, then what do you do?

we did our carrera marble counters with rapheal from RG. might be called rg tile, anyway they're located on 29th st 8/9. phone is 212.629.0712. their prices were almost half of the other places we looked - think the marble was $ 45. sq ft. their installers were pretty good - minor details needed to be worked out on site. marble needs a bit of extra care, but they look amazing. ps-don't be scared be the rg shop - it's a bit construction like and intense.

Red Hook Marble or Marino's are good sources.
