Looking for a building super
I am about to close on a 3-family building in Prospect Heights, and am looking for a super to take out the garbage, do some light cleaning and minor repairs, etc. Does anyone have any idea how to go about finding such a service, and whether a super or a management company is better? Thank you!

It's not a full time job. See if any of your neighbors have a super who would like the extra cash.
