House at 246 Carlton
Does anyone know what's going on with the house at 246 Carlton? I saw it on the market a few months back and was told it had sold. Now I see there is an open house today and it is listed at 2.2 mill. That seems way high. Has anyone seen it and what do you think about that price and/or its availability?

You need to post the link to this property's listing. Some may have looked at this property but they likely don't have the address memorized. So mentioning the address is not enough.
