furnace/ac combo unit brand recs?
we would like to put a gas furnace/ac combo (forced air) unit in our 4 story 2800 sf brownstone to replace the old, oil furnace that's down there now. i would love to hear if anyone has done this successfully and if so, what make/model did you use? we obviously want the highest efficiency possible...

We did exactly that - used All H.V.A.C. and they put in Carrier units - both for the furnace and the central air.
