decorative painter wanted
I am looking for a very talented and well-trained decorative painter to restore some faux marble baseboards in some of my guest bedrooms.

Try Antico Effetto. Not sure if this is the type of work they'll take, but they are very talented.

i realize i'm posting too late to help the o.p. but i want to plug the folks who have done a great job painting for me in case others find this thread on a search.
janell and vincent of blue swan (www.blueswanpainters.com) have done painting for me several times and always do a beautiful job. they really know what they're doing and their work always looks great. plus they're very reasonable and--this may not seem like a big deal but it is--they start a job when they say they're going to start, show up every day until the work is done and finish when they said they would.
