Carriage House on State Street
A friend of mine showed this to me, however, the prices seem a bit steep for a condo building. I heard everything is renovated and nice, but $2-3m for an apartment in The Heights seems pricey.
Any thoughts - or intel - on this would be appreciated.

Not working with an agent right now... I've never had good experiences with brokers, especially since I can count on sites like this one :-)

Nice block, but at well over $1200 a square foot these places are hugely overpriced, even for Brooklyn Heights. Nice reno job, but a $1.9 mil two bedroom is not going to sell on this side of the river....yet.

Looks like one of the three bedrooms in this building is in contract, but the others still haven't sold. Corcoran was handing out fliers about this building at the Antic this weekend.
