Architect Needed
I am interested in converting my one-family dwelling into a legal two-family - I need a reasonably priced Architect to help with the plans, has anyone done this before? If so can anyone recommend one for this project? Thanks.

My partner and I are architects with a good deal of experience in residential conversions. We have done both high end work and also much more economical projects (We recently completed a gut renovation of a brownstone turning it from 7 apartments into three and finished the work for $75 psf within 3 1/2months from the closing date!)
